As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for a motivated Demand Generation Specialist to help drive qualified B2B pipeline growth and accelerate sales opportunities across our customer segments.

     

    The Demand Generation Specialist is an entry-level marketing and sales position focused on identifying and nurturing new business opportunities. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing strategic lead generation plans within an assigned B2B customer channel. Using marketing automation tools, account-based marketing tactics, and lead generation platforms, you’ll help fuel the pipeline and support sales conversion efforts through data-driven campaigns and customer engagement.

    How You'll Create Possibilities

    Key Responsibilities

    + Lead all prospecting activities to identify, qualify, and generate new B2B lead opportunities within assigned customer segments.

    + Route qualified opportunities to appropriate sales team members in Salesforce.com, ensuring accurate lead tracking and timely follow-up.

    + Manage and track leads generated from websites, events/tradeshows, and third-party lead generation platforms within the CRM.

    + Provide regular CRM performance dashboards, conversion metrics, and campaign effectiveness reports to sales and marketing leadership.

    + Leverage Marketing Cloud and CRM tools to optimize lead nurturing strategies and improve conversion rates.

    + Build relationships with potential customers—builders, contractors, property managers, designers, and architects—to understand their business needs and inform the creation of relevant marketing materials.

    + Collaborate with Region Managers, Area Sales Managers, and Inside Sales to prioritize target accounts and support lead conversion efforts.

    + Launch targeted B2B marketing and demand generation campaigns tailored to regional and segment needs, optimizing for engagement and conversion.

    + Analyze and report on email, website, and SEM campaign performance to guide continuous improvement.

    + Maintain and enhance Marketing Cloud databases to improve marketing automation effectiveness and reach.

    + Serve as a liaison with lead generation vendors, optimizing partnerships and ensuring full utilization of tools and data.

     

    What You'll Bring to Our Team

     

    Qualifications & Requirements

    Required:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

    + Minimum 1 year of marketing and/or sales experience (internships or relevant coursework may be considered).

    + Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

    + Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to work.

    + Willingness to travel domestically for customer meetings, tradeshows, and market visits.

    Preferred:

    + Experience planning, implementing, and measuring marketing or demand generation campaigns.

    + Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    + Comfortable engaging with potential clients via phone, email, and social media to uncover new opportunities.

    + Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across sales, marketing, and operations teams.

    + Familiarity with Salesforce.com, Marketing Cloud, or similar CRM/marketing automation tools.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
