Job Description
We are seeking a highly strategic and experienced **Director of Finance** to lead our financial operations and drive the company's fiscal health and growth. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented leader with a proven track record of financial management, strategic planning, and team leadership. This pivotal role will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury management, and risk mitigation, ensuring the long-term financial stability and success of the organization.
+ Responsible for controlling incl. month end closing, forecasting and business plan
+ Interface to global FC community, bridging gaps to Bosch standards to ensure reporting excellence within the region
+ Acts as a business partner for the operating FC functions (sales, product line and Supply chain)
+ Annual planning cycle steering & coordination
+ Supervising regional cash management and further treasury functions
+ Supporting external and statuary reporting incl. audits and YEC
+ Ensuring internal controls and risk management
Qualifications
+ Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience
+ Proven track record (10+ years) and experience within Finance and Controlling area. Very good understanding of RB controlling processes (e.g. business planning, forecasting, reporting, …)
+ Experience with One Stream Financial, SAP
+ Experience with Acquisitions or Divestitures
+ Strong leadership skills in an intercultural setting. Able to work in a team, resilient with high level of perseverance
+ Able to present complex problems in easily understandable ways.
+ Personal skill set includes excellent analytic competencies, strong communication, presentation, international networking and intercultural abilities
+ Growth minded personality, challenging the status quo and setting new benchmarks
+ Additional language fluency is a plus
