    Assistant Advisor Texas Tech K-12 - International

    Position Description:

    Aids in advising individuals and providing guidance services.

    Major/Essential Functions:

    + Effectively assist the academic elements involved in the TTU K-12 International Partnerships including but not limited to assisting teachers, validation of student transcripts, and assisting partners with daily tasks.

    + Attend conferences, online meetings, and calls concerning all types of issues with students, parents, or other stakeholders as necessary.

    + Assist with daily and seasonal processes to ensure efficiency with course enrollments, student admissions, students IDs, folder creation, entrance exams, and transcript evaluation.

    + Assist with data entry for international partnership students to ensure student information is up to date within the SIS including demographic, profile, state assessment, and course completion information.

    + Assist principals, counselors, registrars, and other departments with escalated issues by researching information with our systems and finding solutions.

    + Work with departments internally to mediate and ensure teachers have necessary resources.

    + Other duties as assigned.

    + Knowledge of current and future trends concerning online education.

    $29,200 - $38,000 - $46,700
