Operations Specialist, Transaction Services Team (BP&BM)
Job Overview
As a Transaction Services Analyst/Specialist, you will oversee and process purchase orders (POs) for the Marketing team within the Strategy & Operations area. You will provide expert guidance on SAP purchasing policies and internal procedures, supporting the team with PO enablement, case reviews, and delivering high-quality assistance through the Marketing Services Request Center (MSRC). A strong understanding of SAP systems (Ariba, ISP, CRM, SAC) and exceptional customer service skills are essential
Key Responsibilities
• Provide purchasing guidance and process purchase orders requests for the Marketing team within the Strategy & Operations area through the MSRC platform.
• Conduct training sessions for relevant topics and review cases with the Transaction Services team to ensure process efficiency.
• Monitor the MSRC Dashboard to ensure timely processing of requests, redistributing Help Requests as needed.
• Support SAC Access requests and provide purchasing guidance via MSRC.
• Create and update SAC Line Items to support marketing operations and planning.
• Address ad-hoc purchasing needs quickly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with tech teams to improve MSRC forms, identifying issues, testing updates, and deploying fixes.
• Resolve issues by working closely with cross-functional stakeholders (GPO, Controlling, OEC, Marketing, etc.).
• Provide reporting to guide decision-making and track performance.
Minimum Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing or operations roles.
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication skills with a high attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, multicultural environments and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Proficiency in SAP tools and platforms, including Ariba, ISP, SAC Planning, CRM, and MSRC.

**Compensation Range Transparency** : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 79100 - 134600(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
