Job Description
Domain: Insurance and Financial Services
Role Overview:
The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the execution of largescale transformation initiatives across insurance and financial platforms. This role focuses on delivery governance stakeholder alignment and strategic execution of multi stream programs involving policy administration claims billing and digital servicing
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end to end program delivery across multiple workstreams and technology platforms
Define program scope objectives milestones and success criteria aligned with insurance business goals
Manage cross functional teams including development testing infrastructure and integration groups
Monitor progress against timelines budgets and quality benchmarks using structured delivery frameworks
Identify and mitigate risks manage dependencies and ensure resolution of critical issues
Align program execution with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in financial services
Drive adoption of agile hybrid or waterfall methodologies based on program needs
Coordinate with client stakeholders vendors and internal leadership to ensure delivery excellence
Support reporting of program status financials and performance metrics to executive sponsors
Primary Skills:
Strong expertise in program management tools and frameworks including MS Project Jira and Confluence
Proven experience in managing enterprise programs within insurance domains such as life health or general insurance
Deep understanding of insurance operations including underwriting claims processing policy servicing and renewals
Familiarity with core systems such as policy administration platforms CRM billing engines and digital portals
Exposure to regulatory frameworks including data privacy financial compliance and audit controls
Ability to manage large distributed teams across geographies and delivery centers
Skilled in resource planning budget control and vendor management
Experience in integrating legacy systems with modern digital platforms and cloud native architectures
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in program management methodologies such as PMP PgMP or SAFe
Background in delivering transformation programs for financial institutions or insurance carriers
Experience in managing cloud migration platform modernization or digital servicing initiatives
Familiarity with performance tracking KPI dashboards and executive reporting tools
Work Environment:

Pay Transparency
Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $ 125000- $ 138000 /yearly.
This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
Note: No amount of pay is wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, or any other form of compensation that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law.
