    Job Description

    Domain: Insurance

    Role Overview:

    The Junior Project Manager will support the planning execution and delivery of insurance technology initiatives. This role requires strong organizational skills familiarity with project management tools and a solid understanding of insurance processes. The candidate will assist in managing timelines resources and dependencies across digital transformation programs

    Key Responsibilities:

    Assist in defining project scope objectives and deliverables aligned with insurance business goals

     

    Support creation and maintenance of project plans schedules and resource allocations

     

    Monitor progress against milestones and track key performance indicators

     

    Coordinate with cross functional teams including development testing and infrastructure groups

     

    Maintain project documentation including risk logs issue trackers and change requests

     

    Ensure alignment with insurance regulatory standards and internal governance frameworks

     

    Facilitate reporting of project status budget utilization and delivery metrics

     

    Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery processes and tools

    Required Skills:

    Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project Jira or Azure DevOps

     

    Understanding of insurance workflows including policy issuance claims processing and customer servicing

     

    Ability to manage dependencies track progress and escalate risks appropriately

     

    Familiarity with agile and waterfall delivery models

     

    Exposure to budgeting resource planning and stakeholder coordination

     

    Knowledge of compliance and data privacy standards relevant to insurance platforms

     

    Experience in supporting digital transformation or system integration projects

     

    Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and testing processes

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Background in insurance product development or operations

     

    Certification in project management methodologies such as PMP or Prince2

     

    Experience in life health or general insurance domains

     

    Familiarity with cloud platforms and enterprise systems used in insurance

    Pay Transparency

     

    Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $ 90000- $ 95000 /yearly.

     

    This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.

     

    Note: No amount of pay is wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, or any other form of compensation that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law.
