Serve as primary point of contact for a given Sponsor to ensure communication is maintained
Manage global, multi functional projects or program to the Sponsor’s satisfaction, ensuring quality deliverables, on time delivery and within budget.
Set-up, plan, implement and deliver the project in accordance with the Scope of Work agreed with the Customer
Ensure the development of project plans for all phases of the project lifecycle, including the quality and risk management, ensuring that issue escalation and resolution is clear
Monitor and manage efforts of cross-functional project teams responsible for the project deliverables
Work with Business Development to finalize the project/program budget and scope of work
Participate actively in bid defense meetings/ client meetings to present our capabilities
Travel for study specific Investigator meetings to present the services offerred for the study
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent decision making and conflict management skills
3-5 years of expereince in Project Management withing CRO industry

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $79,300.00 - $198,200.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
