How do you excel in this position

The Director- Engineering is responsible for leading all aspects of design, engineering, and project management for Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) and other skidded systems applications as the leader of Engineering managers and Project Engineers. This individual will manage the entire Engineering team by providing constant feedback, leadership, mentoring, and communication of Company goals. A key success factor will be the proven ability to develop, implement, and continuously improve Engineering processes and procedures.

What are we looking for:

+ Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or related discipline required. Master's in engineering or MBA preferred.

+ 5+ years of experience supervising Engineers; demonstrated strength in project management required.

+ Experience with low volume high value add engineered to order skid fabrication.

+ Experience with pump skids or other high flow fluid engineered skids.

+ Experience with LEAN and CI (continuous improvement) activities.

+ Understanding of RNG equipment including advanced gas compression, rotating equipment and processing systems preferred.

+ Advanced computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite required, CAD and ERP experience a plus.

+ Ability to set and direct design and engineering philosophy and approach to meet customer needs.

+ Strong communication and customer service skills required.

+ Experience with ASME Pressure Vessel Code, pipe welding specifications, and certifications a plus

+ Experience with formalized Quality Management Systems and ISO certification a plus.
