Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking passionate Care Coordinators/Direct Support Personnel to support an Adolescent Treatment Center in Orange, CA!

Details

+ Setting - Adolescent Treatment Center (Residential)

+ Population - Male/female adolescents between the ages of 13-17

+ Location - Orange, CA

+ Schedule - PER DIEM based on needs; 7am-3pm OR 3pm-11pm

+ Pay - $22/hr

+ WEEKLY PAY!

Duties

+ Facilitate daily activities: Assist residents with routines such as meals, chores, laundry, and group participation

+ Monitor behavior: Observe residents and intervene as needed based on treatment plans and house needs

+ Documentation: Record observations and interventions in shift reports and resident records

+ Coordinate with clinical staff: Work closely with counselors to support individualized treatment plans

+ Safety checks: Conduct regular inspections of the facility and ensure physical plant security

+ Supervision: Provide one-on-one supervision for residents at risk (e.g., suicidal ideation, eating disorders, AWOL risk)

+ Urine analysis and room searches : Conduct screenings and searches when necessary, following proper protocols

Requirements

+ Minimum 1 year mental/behavioral experience required

+ Bring a compassionate attitude and collaborative spirit to every shift - positivity is a must!

+ Approach challenges with optimism and a solution-oriented mind set

+ Relative medicals (TB test, drug screening), DOJ fingerprinting, background check
