Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) | $40/hr | Full-Time | Hybrid Option | Texas | 2025–2026 School Year

Amergis Educational Staffing is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support elementary through high school students across multiple campuses in Texas for the 2025–2026 school year. This role begins October 13, 2025, and runs for 30 weeks, offering $40/hour with a hybrid schedule (3 in-person / 2 remote days preferred).

Position Overview:

+ Location: Texas

+ Start Date: October 13, 2025

+ Duration: 30 weeks

+ Schedule: School hours, 37.5–40 hours/week

+ Modality: In-person preferred, hybrid (3/2) available

+ Pay Rate: $40/hour

+ Openings: 1

Responsibilities:

+ Assist the Speech-Language Pathologist in providing speech and language services

+ Conduct clinical, educational, documentation, and treatment activities

+ Work within the scope of responsibilities outlined in the plan of care

Minimum Requirements:

+ Bachelor’s degree in communicative sciences and disorders

+ Active Texas SLPA license

+ Completion of 100+ hours of supervised fieldwork or clinical equivalent

+ One year of SLPA experience (preferred)

+ Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

+ CPR certification, TB clearance, and health certificate as applicable

+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

+ Must be at least 18 years of age
