    Job Description :

    Job Purpose

    + The performance improvement program manager, regulatory quality outcomes reporting position will support the Director of Performance Improvement and Project Deployment Office. Focus is to support with monitoring and submission for regulatory quality outcomes and structural measure reporting requirements (TJC and CMS). Focus is primarily on the wholly-owned hospitals but could expand to other system entities such as MMG in the future. Supports the Vision, Values, Mission, and Strategic Plans of MHS. Assumes a leadership role as delegated by the Director.

    Job Requirements:

    Education:

    + Master's degree in healthcare, business or related field

    Licenses and/or Certifications:

    + Professional certification in performance improvement (LSSGB or MHS Silver Fellow or equivalent) or CPHQ; required within 18 months of hire.

    Work Experience:

    + A minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience, including performance improvement, project leadership, clinical analytics and externally reported quality metrics experience.
