    We have an outstanding Contract to Hire position for aShipping Support to join a leading Company located in theLouisa, VA surrounding area.

     

    We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Shipping Associate to join our team. This is a physically demanding role that involves loading trucks, moving pallets, and ensuring accurate and timely shipment of materials. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, good physical stamina, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

    Job Responsibilities:

    + Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely

    + Move, stack, and organize pallets and materials in the warehouse or shipping area

    + Prepare and stage shipments according to schedules and shipping documentation

    + Operate pallet jacks or other material-handling equipment (training provided if needed)

    + Inspect outgoing shipments to verify accuracy and quality

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area

    + Follow all safety procedures and company policies

    Basic Hiring Criteria:

    + Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

    + Reliable attendance and punctuality

    + Previous warehouse, shipping, or material-handling experience preferred (but not required)

    + Team-oriented with a positive, safety-minded attitude
