    Job Description

    Support the University Scholarship Coordinator and the Financial Aid Office by performing client services, processing and counseling functions and other duties, including assisting clients with their inquires and request of all processing of athletic scholarships. Perform the daily operations of document imaging,file management and maintenance using ApplicationXtender and WebXtender to electronically image and index Financial Aid documents, ensuring accessibility through the Banner database. Provide support and guidance on the use of Xtender and assisting staff in accessing documents. Ability to provide clarification of scanned documents as needed. Serve as one of the University’s essential personnel in emergency or critical situations as deemed necessary by the supervisor. Given the nature of the positions in Student Engagement & Enrollment Services that provide support to student services and/or student-centered programs, the employee occupying this position may be required to work during a university closing. There may be occasions where the employee will be asked to work during university closings as directed by his or her supervisor. These instances may include working from a remote location (i.e. telework, etc.).
