    Special Education Teacher | $50/hr Local or $2,400/week Travel | Full-Time | Glendale, AZ | 2025–2026 School Year

     

    Amergis Educational Staffing is hiring four full-time Special Education Teachers to support multiple campuses in Glendale, Arizona for the 2025–2026 school year. These in-person roles begin October 12, 2025, and run for 36 weeks, offering $50/hour (local) or $2,400/week (travel).

    Position Overview:

    + Location: Glendale, AZ

    + Start Date: October 12, 2025

    + Duration: 36 weeks

    + Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week

    + Modality: In-person

    + Openings: 4

    + Pay Rate: $50/hour (local) or $2,400/week (travel)

    Responsibilities:

    + Write and implement IEPs for K–12 students

    + Deliver specially designed instruction

    + Collaborate with general education and support staff

    + Provide tutorial assistance and consultation

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Valid Arizona teaching certificate with SPED endorsement

    + Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (preferred)

    + One year of teaching experience (preferred)

    + CPR certification, TB clearance, and health certificate as applicable

    + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years of age
