About the Role:

We are hiring dedicated Instructional Assistants / School Aides to support students and teachers in school settings across Indianapolis. These full-time positions follow regular school hours and offer a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Assist teachers with classroom instruction and management.

+ Support students with academic tasks, social development, and behavioral goals.

+ Help maintain a safe and organized classroom environment.

+ Supervise students during lunch, recess, and transitions.

+ Provide one-on-one or small group support as needed.

+ Collaborate with school staff to meet student needs.

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent (required).

+ Experience working with children or in educational settings preferred.

+ Strong communication and teamwork skills.

+ Ability to follow directions and adapt to changing needs.

+ Reliable, patient, and enthusiastic about working in schools.
