As a Customer Experience Professional here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer interactions and driving customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer-centric strategies, optimize the end-to-end customer journey, and enhance the overall customer experience.
You will report directly to our Sr Customer Experience Supervisor, and you’ll work out of our **Freeport, IL or Richardson, TX** location on a **Hybrid** work schedule.
In this role, you will impact customer satisfaction and loyalty by ensuring that all customer needs and expectations are met, contributing to our reputation as a customer-centric organization and driving business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES
+ Provides support to the teams in the Back Office administrative office and represents the additional interface with internal clients but also with external ones when necessary.
+ Takes professional initiative on administrative tasks and coordinates with local offices for tasks that cannot be done remotely.
+ Works as part of the team, involved in processes, from one end to the other, and contributes to the team's results.

The salary range for this position is $47,900 - $59,900. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.

YOU MUST HAVE
+ 1+ years’ experience in a Customer Services or related field.
+ Strong organization skills.
+ Experience in a customer service role involving phone and/or email communication.
+ Proficiency in customer experience management tools and methodologies.
WE VALUE
+ Associate Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
+ 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field.
+ Understanding of how different functions in the organization interact.
+ Knowledge of the values of Honeywell and the main objectives of the commercial activity.
+ Good knowledge of Salesforce applications and SAP ERP applications.
+ Familiarity with ERP systems and customer relationship management software.
