Honeywell’s ACST team is seeking a **Finance Manager** for our **Golden Valley, MN** location.
+ **Citizenship Required:** United States Citizenship
+ **Clearance Required:** Yes; you must either currently have or be able to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Government security clearance
+ **Telecommute:** No - Teleworking not available for this position
+ **Travel Required:** Some travel required – 10%

As a Finance Manager here at Honeywell, you will be in a key position responsible for leading a team analysts to drive business processes and key initiatives. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to optimize operational efficiency and drive growth. Your responsibilities will include analyzing customer needs, and the competitive landscape to identify business opportunities. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will develop and execute business plans to achieve organizational goals. Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators will be essential to track business performance and identify areas for improvement.
YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:
+ Provide direction to a team of finance analysts that perform Order Entry and monthly invoicing process
+ Drive team performance to maintain successful execution of Invoicing Key performance indicators
+ Forecast and analyze monthly Cash to Collections metrics, inclusive of unbilled and past due receivables
+ Team with cross-functional partners to develop forecasts, analyze what-if scenarios, identify risks and opportunities
+ Identify areas to optimize operational efficiency while maintaining compliance with customer requirements
+ Coordinate with cross-functional teams and drive execution of Government billing process
US CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENTS
Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.
YOU MUST HAVE:
+ Minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis and planning.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
+ Ability to lead and motivate a team.
