    Job Description Summary

    The Manufacturing Quality and Inspection Technician performs incoming product inspection of finished products and assemblies for good manufacturing practices (GMP) to verify product meets specifications and are free of damage or defects.

    Job Description

    Responsibilities

    + Inspect, test, or measure materials, products, installations and work for conformance to specifications and mark material with details such as acceptance or rejection status

    + Conduct visual and measurement tests, read drawings, plans and specifications to understand the requirements of products

    + Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products, and recommend necessary corrective actions

    + Comply with attendance policy and be willing to work voluntary overtime when needed; EHS regulations & Quality Management System

    + Discuss with production team leader quality control concerns to improve product excellence

    + Selecting output samples and checking them using appropriate methods Maintains production output to meet production goals and demonstrates a consistent sense of urgency and executes with the customer requirements in mind

    + Works with cross-functional teams and assists with implementation of process improvements to increase quality and productivity

    Required Qualifications

    + High school diploma/GED plus 4 years working experience in Manufacturing or Laboratory

    + Ability to speak, understand, read, and write in local language

    + Proficient with software applications applicable to the job

    Desired Qualifications

    + Three years relevant experience in Quality Assurance

    + Keen eye for detail and results driven approach
