    Job Title: Bilingual Concrete Worker

    Required Skills:

    + Proficiency in both English and Spanish to communicate effectively with team members and clients.

    + Solid experience in concrete work, including pouring, finishing, and formwork.

    + Familiarity with pipe fitting, water/wastewater systems, and relevant construction practices.

    + Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in the construction industry.

    + Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with an ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

    Nice to Have Skills:

    + Experience with various concrete tools and machinery.

    + Previous roles in construction management or supervisory positions.

    + Understanding of local building codes and regulations.

    Preferred Education and Experience:

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    + Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in concrete work or related fields.

    + Certifications in concrete technology or construction safety are an asset.

    Other Requirements:

    + Willingness to travel to different job sites as required.

    + Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.

    + Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

    **Compensation:** Between **$20-$30 per hour** , commensurate with experience.
