Job Description

As a CNC Machinist, you are responsible for the setup, optimization, and operation of various CNC Machines within the machine shop. You set up and operate CNC machines to create precision parts. You review blueprints, program the machines, and monitor their operation. You check the quality of the parts using measuring tools and perform routine maintenance on the equipment. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.

Skills and Requirements

- Minimum of 4 years of experience setting and operating 3, 4 and 5 axis CNC machine tools.

- Ability to read and interpret GD&T

- Ability to interpret engineering drawings.

- Experience using a range of measurement equipment.

- Operating CNC Mill & Lathe machines

- High School Diploma or GED - Knowledge of G and M code programming
