    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a hands-on and strategic IT Manager to lead our technology operations and manage a team of 8 IT professionals. The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years of proven management experience, deep expertise in SQL environments, and a strong understanding of IT budgeting and licensing.

     

    - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 8 IT staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

     

    - Oversee daily operations of IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability.

     

    - Manage and optimize SQL Server and MySQL environments, including scripting for procedures, views, and tables.

     

    - Develop and maintain IT budgets, including forecasting, cost control, and vendor management.

     

    - Ensure compliance with software licensing and regulatory requirements.

     

    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT initiatives with business goals.

     

    - Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.

     

    - Create and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and policies.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 3 years of true management experience

     

    - Hands on experience with SQL scripting for procedures, views, and tables
