    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking for a Director of Civil Engineering for Land Development, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our market operations. You will lead business development initiatives, manage a talented team of engineers and support staff, and spearhead the regional strategy for our land development projects. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong background in civil engineering, a proven track record in land development, and exceptional leadership and business development skills.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

    • PE license

    • Minimum of 15 years of experience in civil engineering, focusing on land development (commercial and/or SFD).
