Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Desktop Support Analyst located in Round Rock, Texas. The role involves monitoring and maintaining global network equipment, troubleshooting LAN and WAN issues, and performing network equipment updates. The specialist will deploy new network infrastructure, interface with vendors and service providers, and ensure comprehensive network documentation. Collaboration with end users and team members worldwide is essential.

Skills and Requirements
• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Layer 2 and 3 network protocols.
• Fortinet OS knowledge is required
• Experience operating wireless infrastructure based on Cisco.
• Experience and knowledge of network physical infrastructure including but not limited to: network ethernet and fiber optics cables, connectors, transceivers, patch panels, switches and routers physical ports/power supplies/modules, patch cords, wall plates etc.
• Excellent written, verbal, customer service, and documentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work and think independently with minimal supervision.
• Full time on site 5 days a week • Cisco CCNA or CCNP
