Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking for a System Analyst to join their Business Technology team, supporting the implementation of new mortgage technologies and ongoing enhancements to the Visio ecosystem of platforms. A typical day will involve configuring the Mortgage Cadence Platform (MCP)—a leading Loan Origination System—alongside other operational systems that automate and streamline functions across the mortgage loan lifecycle. This person will interpret business requirement documents (BRDs), configure platform solutions using admin tools, and update technical documentation including workflows, policies, and procedures. They’ll also support defect resolution and system configuration enhancements while collaborating closely with business analysts, PMO, training, technical writing, product strategy, and senior operations leadership. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the mortgage loan process—from origination through post-close—and hands-on experience with system configuration, data mapping, and workflow design. Strong technical skills in SQL Management Studio, XML, VB, and C# are ideal, along with familiarity in both Waterfall and Agile SDLC methodologies. This is a direct hire position with compensation range between $90K-$122K/year.

Skills and Requirements

Direct experience with Mortgage Cadence LOS (MCP)

Strong understanding of the mortgage loan lifecycle: origination, processing, underwriting, closing/funding, title, and post-close

Experience with system configuration, workflow design, and data mapping

Proficiency in SQL Management Studio, XML, VB, and C#

Ability to write and interpret Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)

Familiarity with Azure DevOps or equivalent systems

Experience supporting QA/UAT and resolving defects

Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams

Knowledge of SDLC lifecycles (Waterfall and Agile)
