    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking to add a Technical Business Analyst to our client's team in the St. Louis. This individual will be supporting our team that oversees all of the sales channels where orders flow into our client's system. This individual will be working with a small team of 3 others but working cross functionally with various teams. It is expected for this person to be have high level conversations with executives and be able to explain technical requirements of projects. This individual will be attending meetings, gathering requirements, then working closely with the technical teams to understand the requirements, acting as the liaison between the 2 teams. Experience supporting technical teams, both development and infrastructure. It is expected that this person is a quick learner who can adapt to technical environments quickly and proactively understand when new projects will impact their internal stakeholders and who will be impacted. This role is 4 days on site and 1 remote.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    10+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst

     

    Experience gathering technical requirements and acting as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams

     

    Experience with project tracking tools such as Jira

     

    Experience supporting technical teams and understanding of technical concepts and able to hold conversations with technical individuals

     

    Extensive experience presenting to high level stakeholders

     

    Great communication skills telecom experience

     

    Development/hands on technical background
