Job Description

Insight Global is seeking two Business Analytics Consultants to serve as a key project resource for a 2–3 month engagement, providing analytical insights and modeling to support the company’s pivot in business model. This role will focus on evaluating key performance indicators, conducting pricing analyses across product lines,

and delivering actionable insights to inform the company’s repositioning plan. Rather than a recurring reporting function, this role will operate more as an internal consultant, partnering closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to provide project-based analytics and recommendations. The ideal candidate has strong business acumen, proven experience in pricing and KPI analysis, and the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights that drive strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

-Conduct KPI analysis to assess business performance across product lines and identify trends that impact growth and profitability.

-Build and refine pricing models for different products, testing scenarios and assessing financial and strategic impacts.

-Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business drivers, gather inputs, and

validate analytical assumptions.

-Prepare data-driven recommendations and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting

actionable insights that inform the repositioning plan.

-Provide ad hoc business analytics support for strategic projects, including market sizing, customer segmentation, and performance benchmarking.

-Develop financial and business models to evaluate scenarios, risks, and opportunities associated with the pivot strategy.

-Contribute to decision-making by translating complex data into clear narratives that support executive-level discussions.

Skills and Requirements

-8+ years of experience in business analytics, strategic finance, or consulting roles

-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field

-Strong background in KPI development, performance measurement, and pricing analysis

-Proven ability to work with large, complex datasets

-Demonstrated ability to build and manage robust business/financial models

-Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights

-Strong communication and presentation skills to engage with senior management

-Proficiency with Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

-Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, project-based environment with limited timelines -Experience with ERP or FP&A tools (SAP, Oracle)
