    Job Description

    • Associate's degree or diploma in Electronics, Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related Science discipline OR years of experience that would equate to a degree.

    • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.

     

    PLC experience is required.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Develops and executes high-quality, cost-effective manufacturing solutions that meet customer requirements, while establishing technical expertise in their discipline.

    • Uses appropriate tools to create, analyze, and verify documentation, programs, models, and processes.

    • Demonstrates a solid understanding of Plexus manufacturing processes, product specifications, and cross-disciplinary or supplier coordination.

    • Works independently in alignment with good manufacturing practices and Plexus procedures, supporting production line operators as needed.

    • Maintains comprehensive knowledge of equipment, process control, safety, risk awareness, setup, and operation.

     

    Applies hands-on experience with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) for troubleshooting, programming, and optimizing automated systems.
