    Job Description

    A top banking client in Columbus, OH is looking for a Senior QA Tester to join their team for a 4 month contract opportunity. This person is going to be overseeing and coordinating all testing activities related to the migration of commercial loan portfolios from multiple servicing and accounting systems to AFS Vision. This individual will be responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of end-to-end testing across multiple stakeholders, ensuring a successful conversion through mock cycles and go-live.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of bank operations or technology experience, or High School Diploma with 10 years of relevant experience.

    • 5+ years of experience leading or managing testing during enterprise-wide system conversions and implementations.

    • Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex testing programs. · Experience with AFS Vision, FIS ACBS, LoanIQ, Jack Henry, or similar commercial loan servicing systems.

    • Experience using Microsoft ADO or other enterprise test case management systems to manage testing scripts and results.

    • Experience with project management and testing tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project).

    • Prior experience with large-scale data conversions and regulatory controls in a banking environment.
