Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Analyst to work onsite with our utility client in downtown Indianapolis. This role involves manually transferring data between billing systems, to include SAP, and requires a high level of accuracy and consistency.

Skills and Requirements

• Strong attention to detail, perform manual data entry from one billing system to another

• Manage a backlog of billing requests with varying daily volumes (from under 100 to several thousand)

• Maintain focus and accuracy during repetitive tasks

• Collaborate effectively with team members

• Adapt to fluctuating workloads and unexpected daily changes

• Work comfortably in a corporate office environment with regular executive presence -Excel
