    Job Description Summary

    Responsible for all aspects of data management, analysis and reporting required; Maintains and updates the data warehouse/repository; Provides customers with accurate, timely reporting and presents results to committees; Actively participates and supports internal committees, work groups and system wide initiatives, as necessary.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    + BS in Business, Computer Programming, Mathematics or a related program of study or equivalent work experience;

    + 2+ years of Healthcare experience preferred

    LANGUAGE/COMMUNICATION SKILLS:

    + Must be able to read, write and speak English;

    + Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

    SKILLS:

    + Strong software and computer skills including SQL, Visual Basic and Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Work and PowerPoint) BI experience;

    + Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills;

    + Excellent organizational skills;

    + Ability to work both independently and to collaborate with teams in diverse settings;

    + Ability to manage conflict, stress and multiple simultaneous work demands in an effective, professional manner;

    + Ability and willingness to self-motivate prioritize and change processes, adapting to changing organizational priorities;

    + Excellent presentation skills with the ability to explain complex topics in an effective manner.
