    Job Description

    The Systems Analyst will serve as a technical product owner and data-focused business partner, collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement solutions that improve our data platforms, integration processes, and workflows. This role requires someone who can translate business needs into technical requirements, design solutions from the ground up, and troubleshoot issues across data systems. This is a highly collaborative, non-coding role that combines technical expertise, business analysis, and product ownership to ensure our data infrastructure supports organizational goals.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, technical business analysis, or a product owner

     

    - Proven background working with data systems, integration flows, and data warehouses.

     

    - Ability to design and document technical solutions starting from zero.

     

    - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distinguish between data/system errors and process gaps.

     

    - Familiarity with SQL for basic queries and troubleshooting (not heavy development).

     

    - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge business requirements and technical execution.

     

    - Experience working as part of a cross-functional team and contributing to collaborative solution design - Experience with API integrations and ETL processes.
