Job Description
Insight Global is looking to add a Senior Client Solutions Architect to our client’s team. This individual will lead customer work streams across people, process, and technology, design and deliver integrated solutions, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. The role involves driving project success, mitigating risks, and supporting technical implementation. Candidates should have deep experience in insurance technology (Life & Annuity preferred), strong communication and negotiation skills, and expertise in cloud-based solutions. Travel to client sites is required. It is important this person is enticed by the opportunity to build relationships with clients. This individual will be joining a team of 2 other, 1 Business Analyst and a Delivery Lead.

Skills and Requirements
10+ years of experience as a Client Solutions Architect
Experience developing complex integrated technical solutions involving vendor software across the development lifecycle
Experience in the life insurance or annuity industry (ideally Insurance Technology solutions, preferably policy administration systems)
Experience building customer solutions using existing assets and alliances
Strong problem-solving skills with costing and technology-based solutions
Industry knowledge of Cloud/SaaS/PaaS solutions and IT’s role in digital transformation
Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to build strong relationships
Experience in application architecture, IT strategy, and enterprise architecture
Willingness to travel to client sites twice a quarter Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Development, or related field
