    Job Description

    We are seeking a strategic and customer-focused Senior Digital Product Manager , to drive the vision and execution of a suite of digital products in our customer-facing platform. This role will oversee multiple products that enhance and complement our in-person, on-site business services. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional online customer experiences that seamlessly connect with and enrich the offline, in-person interactions. This is a high-impact role with opportunities for growth, including building and managing a team of Product Managers who will oversee individual products.

     

    • Define and lead the product roadmap for multiple digital products, ensuring alignment with long-range strategy, business objectives, and customer needs.

    • Create a cohesive vision for connecting online experiences with offline, in-person interactions to deliver a seamless customer journey.

    • Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation to launch and optimization, for multiple products.

    • Facilitate market research, analyze customer feedback, and leverage data to inform product decisions and prioritize features.

    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including UX Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure successful product delivery.

    • Measure and report on product performance, using insights to continuously improve customer experiences and business outcomes.

    • Partner with stakeholders to develop and maintain a deep understanding of both the digital and on-site customer journeys.

    • Develop and mentor a team of Product Managers, guiding their career growth and ensuring successful management of individual products as the team scales

     

    Pay- 102,000-130,000

    Skills and Requirements

    • 7+ years of experience in digital product management, with a proven track record of managing multiple products or product portfolios.

    • Industry experience (preferably b2b but b2c with b2b knowledge is okay)

    • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, with experience integrating online and offline experiences.

    • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver customer-centric solutions in fast-paced environments.

    • Excellent analytical skills and experience using data to drive product decisions and measure success.

    • Experience working with UX/UI teams and familiarity with design thinking principles. • Experience managing or mentoring Product Managers is a plus, with a desire to grow into a leadership role.
