    Job Description

    A large telecom employer is looking for an experienced Program Manager to join one of their teams to lead the program that is replacing one of their large workforce management systems. They are finalizing the selection of a vendor tool and will be migration from their legacy system to this new vendor tool.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    10+ years of enterprise level program management experience (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)

     

    Experience leading large migration programs

    Application development and software program management experience

    Experience with: JIRA, Visio, draw.io; M365 Suite: Excel, PowerPoint

     

    Excellent communication and presentation skills

     

    Self-starter

     

    Ability to work four days a week on site in Maryland Heights, Missouri Consulting background

     

    Lean Six Sigma and/or Agile Project Management certifications
