Job Description
A client of Insight Global's is looking for a Client Support Administrator (CSA) Technical Lead, to join their team! This position will play a key role in supporting the Missile Defense Agency (MDA).
Job Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain enterprise and mission IT systems; serve as liaison to supported users.
- Lead, guide, and train CSA technicians; develop and enforce training standards.
- Create and maintain system documentation and operational procedures.
- Oversee Task Order (TO) specific break/fix and sustainment efforts, including coordination with the IMAC team.
- Monitor communication channels to ensure mission-specific IT needs are met.
- Coordinate with leadership to communicate Enterprise IT outages and updates.
- Act as SME for client support on MDA systems; provide advanced troubleshooting.
- Maintain MIT IT baseline and research modernization solutions.
- Use tools like Remedy and Power BI to monitor systems and report issues.
- Manage software requests, testing of new hardware/software, and Remedy queue operations.
This position is onsite full-time in Colorado Springs, CO the salary range for this role is between $95,000-$110,000/yr depending on years and level of experience, education, and certifications. This role requires an Active Secret Clearance or higher.

Skills and Requirements
- 5+ years of IT experience
- Active DoD 8570 approved IAT Level II or IAM Level I Certification
- Active DoD Secret Security Clearance - Experience working with the MDA or DoD
- Experience with DoD and DISA Information Assurance programs
- Virtual Desktop Environment Support
- Storage Appliances Configuration Experience
- Utilized the Remedy Software Action Request System.
- Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM).
- Experience with audio visual systems.
- Have a degree in an IT or Engineering related discipline.
