Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Retail Functional Consultant with deep expertise in retail processes and cloud implementations. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for client engagement, solution design, and workshop facilitation. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to lead teams through onboarding, design, deployment, and renewal phases.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business processes and translate them into Oracle Retail functional requirements.

Configure and customize Oracle Retail modules including RMS, RPM, ReSA, RIB, RWMS, and Allocation.

Lead functional design workshops and document business requirements.

Collaborate with technical teams to develop and test customizations, extensions, and integrations.

Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions to bridge functional and system capabilities.

Support end-to-end Oracle Retail implementations including design, build, test, and deployment phases.

Provide functional support and troubleshoot issues in Oracle Retail applications.

Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions.

Maintain documentation including functional specs, test scenarios, and user guides.

Stay updated on Oracle Retail product releases and best practices.

Skills and Requirements

- 8+ years of Retail Functional experience

- Experience with Retail Functional Cloud implementations (end to end been a part of multiple)

- Understand how to lead client workshops

- We don’t want planning and POS experience, rather anything in merchandising

- Strong understanding of MSCS Suite (Inventory, Organization, Master Data)

- Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions

- Experience in workshop setup and facilitation - Prior experience working within the retail industry
