    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a skilled and collaborative Application Developer with 3–5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ASP.NET development, proficiency with Microsoft technologies, and the ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

     

    Design, develop, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET and other Microsoft development tools.

     

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.

     

    Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.

     

    Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

     

    Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner.

     

    Document technical specifications and maintain development standards.
