Security Supervisor and Dispatch Officer – Full-Time Hours Available
United Protective Services is seeking a Full-Time Security Supervisor/Dispatch Officer with open flexibility.
We are looking for highly skilled professionals with strong communication, leadership, computer, and multitasking abilities . The ideal candidate must be adaptable and ready to work a changing schedule from week to week.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Supervisory duties over site Officers, giving direction and coaching.
+ Dispatch responsibilities over site rover Officers, giving them direction using radio and phones.
+ Console duties utilizing computers, cameras, phones, and radios.
+ Immediate response to site incidents when dispatched by the team.
+ Conduct constant foot/vehicle patrols and maintain a strong customer service presence.
+ Conflict resolution on-site and collaboration with local law enforcement and fire departments.
+ Maintain detailed daily activity logs and create thorough incident reports.
+ Observe and report suspicious activity in accordance with post orders.
+ Ensure all equipment is properly maintained before, during, and after each shift.
+ Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and work in outdoor conditions.
+ Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
+ 2-3 Years Supervisory experience is required.
+ Proficiency in computer skills for logging reports and communication.
+ Strong leadership and multitasking abilities.
+ Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
Schedule:
+ Saturday: 8:00am - 6:00pm
+ Sunday: 6:00am - 2:00pm
+ Monday: Off
+ Tuesday: 9:00pm – 5:00am
+ Wednesday: 9:00pm – 5:00am
+ Thursday: 10:30pm - 6:30am
+ Friday: Off

Education Requirements (All)
High School Diploma or GED
