    Schedule:** **_Full Time, 40 hours/week_

     

    Shift:** **7:00am - 3:30pm, Saturday rotation on occasion

    The role you'll contribute:

    Monitors, orders, stocks, and transports supplies and/or equipment for the organization.

    The value you'll bring to the team:

    + Interacts professionally with clinicians, administrators, colleagues, and vendors.

    + Contributes to the overall operational efficiency by ensuring the seamless flow of supplies and equipment.

    + Monitors inventory levels to ensure the availability of necessary supplies and equipment.

    + Orders supplies and equipment in a timely manner to maintain adequate stock.

    + Stocks and organizes storage areas to optimize space and accessibility.

    + Transports supplies and equipment to various departments as needed.

    + Maintains accurate inventory records and updates them regularly.

    + Collaborates with various departments to fulfill their supply needs efficiently.

    + Investigates and resolves inventory issues and discrepancies.

    + Ensures proper management of stock expiration by adhering to rotation guidelines.

    + Engages with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of supplies.

    + Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    The expertise and experience you'll need to succeed** **:

    + High School Grad or Equiv Required

    + Work Experience Required

    + Supply Chain Experience Preferred
