    The role you'll contribute:

    Performs preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and systems throughout the facility. Inspects and tests equipment. Monitors utility and structural repairs as needed, aligns teams as per need.

    The value you'll bring to the team:

    Installs, tests, maintains and repairs mechanical machinery, equipment and systems as scheduled or needed.

     

    Performs utility and structural repairs as needed, alone or in collaboration with internal/external trades.

     

    Monitors repair of mechanical machinery, equipment and systems as scheduled or needed.

     

    Documents and maintains records of inspections and work performed pursuant to departmental policies and warranty/vendor requirements.

     

    Provide safety training opportunities for Maintenance team.

     

    Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules.

     

    Assist with orienting and providing on-the-job skills training.

    Qualifications

    The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed** **:

    High School Grad or Equiv Required

     

    Associate or Technical degree in a related field, or combination of High School degree and related experience Required

    Trade School Completion/Certification Required

    2 experience Required

    3 of technical experience Required

     

    DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State Required

     

    Journeyman License or trade specific certification if applicable to facility Upon Hire Required
