    We have one need, we’re looking for a dependable Bilingual Sales Support Specialist to join our Sales Support team.

     

    The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries, process orders, and provide bilingual (English/Spanish) support to ensure every customer receives the responsive, high-quality service Valley is known for. You’ll play a key role in growing relationships, promoting our products, and helping customers find the solutions they need.

    Position Responsibilities

    + Handle inbound customer calls related to orders, product availability, pricing, and delivery questions.

    + Process and review incoming customer orders and inquiries for VCA customers.

    + Maintain accurate customer, company, and contact records in our S2K system.

    + Assist customers and members with online ordering setup and support.

    + Communicate fluently in both English and Spanish to provide exceptional service to all customers.

    Position Requirements

    + Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

    + Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.

    + Ability to effectively resolve customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.

    + A proactive, team-oriented mindset with attention to accuracy and detail.
