    **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (First Shift)

    **Pay Rate:** $18.00 per hour

    PDS Tech Commercial is hiring a **Material Coordinator** to support a world-class leader in the aerospace industry. In this essential role, you’ll help ensure that materials move efficiently across the manufacturing floor — enabling technicians, engineers, and production teams to build the aircraft components that power flight. Your precision and reliability will help keep operations on track, deadlines met, and customers satisfied.

    What You’ll Do

    + Enter material requests accurately into SAP.

    + Pick and deliver materials from storage locations to the appropriate production areas.

    + Maintain proper storage, labeling, and documentation for all materials.

    + Conduct routine inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.

    + Respond promptly to urgent internal and external customer requests.

    + Support the repair process by updating records and facilitating material movement.

    + Assist with special projects or tasks as needed.

    + Occasionally support weekend operations (Saturday) to meet customer demand.

     

    What You’ll Bring

    Required Qualifications:

    + **This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.**

    + Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and data.

    + Basic experience with SAP or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

    + Excellent communication and organizational skills.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Prior experience in material handling, inventory control, or logistics.

    + Familiarity with aerospace or manufacturing environments.

    + Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

    **Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour
