This role is on-site in either the Brentwood, TN, or Santa Rosa Beach, FL office.
What Sets This Role Apart We are looking for a Lead Client Care Account Manager to oversee a team of client-facing account managers while managing their own portfolio of clients. This role is responsible for guiding the day-to-day delivery of projects and support requests, ensuring high-quality service, and fostering strong relationships with our credit union and bank partners.
The Team Lead will serve as a mentor, coach, and escalation point for the Client Care team, driving accountability, process improvements, and results. You’ll balance hands-on client management with leadership responsibilities, ensuring both clients and team members have what they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
+ Lead, mentor, and support a team of Client Care Account Managers (CCAMs), guiding project management, client communications, and issue resolution.
+ Manage your own client portfolio, acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts across websites, marketing, and cybersecurity.
+ Oversee team performance by tracking KPIs, reviewing client deliverables, and holding retrospectives to identify improvements.
+ Act as an escalation point for complex client issues or scope-related challenges, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
+ Foster strong client relationships, including managing expectations and advocating for both client needs and OMNICOMMANDER’s best interests.
+ Partner with internal leaders across marketing, websites, and cybersecurity to ensure milestones, deadlines, and deliverables are consistently met.
+ Drive process improvements across the Client Care function, ensuring scalability as OMNICOMMANDER continues to grow.
+ Document client interactions and ensure alignment between clients, internal teams, and management.
What We’re Looking For
+ Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
+ Self-starter who can work cooperatively with others.
+ 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Project Management, or Client Success, preferably in fintech, SaaS, marketing, or cybersecurity.
+ Prior team leadership or supervisory experience preferred
+ Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and client relationships simultaneously.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
+ High attention to detail, with a process-driven, problem-solving mindset.
+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
