Job Summary:

We are seeking an Onsite Warehouse Recruiter / Onboarding Clerical to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include recruiting warehouse staff, assisting with onboarding processes, and providing clerical support as needed.

Full time 1st Shift

$18.50/hour

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in recruiting, HR, or related field

- Familiarity with onboarding processes and paperwork

- Strong clerical and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software

Responsibilities:

- Assist new hires with onboarding paperwork, orientations, and training

- Maintain accurate records of employee information and ensure compliance with HR policies

- Provide clerical support such as data entry, filing, and document management

- Participate in job fairs, recruiting events, and other hiring activities

Additional Requirements:

- Ability to work onsite in a warehouse environment

- Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills

- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and handle confidential information professionally
