Job Description

We are currently seeking a **PRN Occupational Therapist** who will float between our Melbourne and Rockledge clinic locations. We are willing to train the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Evaluate patients' conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plans

+ Perform splinting according to diagnoses.

+ Document patient progress and maintain detailed treatment records

+ Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes

+ Develop therapeutic interventions focusing on daily living activities

+ Educate patients and families about adaptive techniques and equipment use

+ Participate in discharge planning and provide home exercise programs

+ Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress

+ Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards

Qualifications

+ Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Occupational Therapy program

+ Current state of Florida license, CPR certification

+ Experience in the field of Hand Therapy

+ Outgoing and energetic personality
