Summary:
Meta is looking for an experienced Anaplan Application Manager who is responsible for delivering scalable solutions to enable high impact business outcomes and ensure availability, performance, efficient operation and support of Anaplan.You will have experience with enabling and improving business processes with Anaplan along with a proven history of successfully managing Anaplan at scale. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to develop product strategy, roadmaps, design, build, and deploy Anaplan solutions, dashboards, and reports, ensuring they align with business objectives, requirements and metrics. You will also be responsible for planning, project delivery, and managing stakeholder engagement, training and communications and providing support to end users.

Application Manager, Anaplan Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop product strategy, roadmaps, impact metrics, gather requirements and provide solutions, support and maintain Anaplan Application that achieves desired business outcomes
2. Collaborate with other Application Managers, Engineers and business stakeholders to execute the roadmap and integrate Anaplan with other systems and tools
3. Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through Anaplan. Translate business processes and requirements into technical requirements & design documentation
4. Design, build, and deploy Anaplan models, dashboards, and reports to meet business requirements. Ensure data integrity, validation, and security. Review vendor solutions to ensure they meet requirements
5. Quickly respond to and resolve support issues and providing status updates
6. Provide technical/application support and troubleshooting for Anaplan applications, working closely with end-users and stakeholders to resolve issues Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures
7. Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across Anaplan and integrated systems
8. Collaborate with Data Engineers on integration requirements and operations. Perform data analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions
9. Communicate application updates, changes, and benefits to business stakeholders
10. Provide training and support to end-users. Foster relationships with cross-functional teams, Finance, and Operations
11. Stay up-to-date with Anaplan product releases, features, and best practices
12. Identify opportunities for application optimization and process improvement
13. Develop and implement solutions to enhance application performance and user experience
Minimum Qualifications:

14. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience
15. 5+ years of roadmap planning, developing, implementing and supporting Anaplan
16. Self-starter with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks
17. Experience with managing professional services vendors
18. Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative environment, build consensus and promote the exchange of information
19. Demonstrated expertise effectively collaborating with stakeholders and users
20. Experience driving business outcomes by analyzing SLAs, priority, and operational metrics
21. Minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing Performance Management Solutions using Anaplan, Oracle Hyperion, SAP EPM, IBM TM1/Cognos, Tableau, or similar technologies
22. Prior experience in a project team environment using structured methodologies for gathering business requirements, business processes, data conversions and system interfaces

23. Master’s degree and / or equivalent experience in Finance, Information Technology or Business Administration
24. Certified Anaplan Solution Architect
25. Working knowledge of financial or sales planning
26. Implementation of Anaplan in 2+ companies
27. Prior experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) like Agile methodologies
28. Demonstrated working knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) – SQL, ANSI SQL, MySQL, PL/SQL in Oracle, PartiQL in AWS, SAS
Public Compensation:
$140,000/year to $195,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
