    Join Caterpillar’s Integrated Components Division (ICD) and help shape the future of financial decision-making in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment. As an Accountant, you’ll be a trusted partner to leadership, product groups, and the Global Finance Services Organization—delivering insights that power smarter decisions and greater impact.

    What You’ll Do

    + Deliver accurate financial reporting and forecasting to guide strategic decisions

    + Present actionable insights and recommendations to ICD leadership

    + Collaborate cross-functionally to solve challenges with a customer-first mindset

    + Lead initiatives to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency

    + Translate complex financial data into clear, compelling presentations for business partners

    What You Bring

    + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

    + Strong **analytical thinking** and problem-solving skills

    + Ability to **manage multiple priorities** and meet deadlines

    + **Effective communication** skills to engage stakeholders at all levels

    + **Customer-focus** ed mindset with a passion for delivering tailored solutions

    + Experience **gathering and analyzing data** from diverse sources to drive decisions

    What Sets You Apart

    + 5–7 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance

    + Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools, especially Power BI

    + Demonstrated ability to drive efficiencies in recurring processes

    + Team-oriented with strong initiative and interpersonal skills

    Summary Pay Range:

    $110,520.00 - $165,840.00

     

    Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
