Description
The Business Analyst will work with the Technical Support team to support our client by identifying and documenting business needs, supporting research, working through end user support projects and process, and analysis of business options, and ensuring solutions meet business needs.
This role only has funding through the end of 2025. There is a chance it may be extended but that is not confirmed at this time.
Duties:
+ Develop and maintain project concept definition and analysis artifacts to include business needs statements, market research, non-technical alternative analysis, cost benefit analysis, feasibility analyses, and CONOPS.
+ Coordinate closely with system owners and stakeholders to determine business requirements and high-level system requirements.
+ Assist project managers in assessing project status and readiness for project transition into each new phase including coordination for transition to O&M.
+ Work with Deskside and Service Desk leaders on QA initiatives.
+ Help create processes and manage workflows within the technical QA space.
+ Develop product roadmap and assess issues in integration of projects.
+ Participate in project meetings to ensure projects are on track to meet business, technical, and security requirements.
+ Coordinate closely with team members to analyze and develop approaches to data calls,
+ Develop technical documentation to support projects.
+ Document and manage external communication plans, memos, and tools. Assist in communicating and coordinating changes and project status to end users.
+ Establish timelines/schedule charts for tracking and reporting.
+ Participate in internal meetings and develop minutes.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
+ 2 or more years of experience supporting end user support efforts for a federal agency is preferred.
+ 5 or more years of relevant experience.
+ 2 or more years of consulting experience is preferred.
+ Ability to develop technical cybersecurity documentation.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data.
+ Excellent business acumen.
**Education Requirement** : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field. May consider an additional 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
**Clearance Requirement** : Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
Target salary range: $40,001 - $80,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
