    Overview

     

    As a Sr. Project Manager, you will learn how to partner with account leads, as well as other agency resources, to maintain the production and delivery of great work (this includes: running multiple smaller projects and supporting more senior level roles on larger projects at the guidance of the Project Manager).

    Responsibilities

    + Efficiently lead all aspects of and complete projects of varying sizes within specified timelines and budget constraints

    + Actively provide insight & direction to project teams into developing innovative solutions for clients as well as tactically handling the day to day project operations and communications

    + Actively coordinate all aspects of the project: issues/risks, schedule, budget, quality control, communications, team and client relationships every day

    + Coordinates with account leads on scope, timing and client expectations

    + Lead the project team to review prioritised work and determine the suitable project delivery method per client assignment brief. Manage projects and teams to approved budgets

    + Collaborate with Account Director to pinpoint suitable staffing for project requirements and improve the efficiency and optimization of the team, when relevant

    + Establish and build professional relationships with clients and internal departments while ensuring ongoing client satisfaction. Maintain a balance in communication between establishing a client partnership and ensuring that key clients/internal collaborators/decision makers have day-to-day project contact.

    + Work closely with the client and project team on an ongoing basis to ensure project deliverables are clearly defined, met, and understood. Work with Account to oversee the development of project deliverables and ensure they are aligned with creative brief.

    + Lead, empower and foster coordination/communication across project teams

    + Prepare and maintain project documentation: project plans, status reports/daily hot sheets, risk assessments, change requests, and resource requests

    Qualifications

    + Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in managing multi-phased, complex marketing campaigns

    + Successfully managed large and small projects simultaneously in a marketing agency

    + Expert knowledge of project management principles, methods & techniques: scope management, project planning, financial (budgeting, forecasting, tracking, reporting)

    + Experience managing multiple tracks of a project as an integrated program, with differing timelines, deliverables and expectations

    + Proven ability to manage all levels of projects from simple to complex.

    + Strong sense of the creative process.

    + Ability to manage internal and client stakeholder expectations.

    + Ability to effectively balance longer-term strategic issues with day-to-day tactical project issues.

    + Experience leading and motivating a cross-functional project team within budget and schedule constrains while meeting or exceeding client’s expectations

    + Experience managing digital projects (dynamic landing pages, software programs, social, animated banners), print (POP), and :10-:60 Video (educational)

    + Working knowledge of PPM tools (Smartsheets, predecessor timeline creation) and Microsoft Office

    + Highly organized, flexible, ability to adapt to unique situations and projects; able to thrive in changing, dynamic environment

    + Professional, high degree of diplomacy and business acumen

    + Stays abreast of industry, client and category trends

    + Presentation, training and client facing skills.

    Compensation Range: $73,910 - $106,260 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
