Below is a list of your responsibilities as a Behavioral Health Activity Therapist with YesCare:

+ Develop, implement, monitor and evaluate therapeutic/recreational activity segments of individual program plans to further the comprehensive treatment of patients.

+ Develop specifically planned goals and objectives to be met with the implementation of therapeutic recreation.

+ Oversee activities including, but not limited to, individual recreational activities, group recreational activities, exercises, games, sports activities, hobbies, social activities, music, etc.

+ Document all activities pertaining to therapy conducted and record progress notes in each patient’s mental health record on a regular basis.

+ Other duties as assigned.

Key Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in psychology or other related mental health field required.

+ Subject to initial and ongoing security clearance requirements.

+ At least 2 years of experience in mental health.

+ A background check, security clearance and drug screening are required for this role.
